  1. Please note that ALPHARAK does not provide the following services:
    • Trade-in/Buy-in programmers for any pre-owned product.
    • Custom-made product.
    • Staining of product to any other color not listing online or catalog.
  2. Please note that the images onALPHARAK.com and all its sub-domains/pages are for illustration purposes only, and actual colors may vary slightly depending on
    • Viewing angle.
    • Original material. Due to the nature of metal, grains and patterns will differ. We strongly recommend visiting our dealers for a detailed look at our products.

 

  1. As ALPHARAK’s products are finished assembling by user, actual product dimensions may vary slightly from the dimensions specified on the website.
  • All prices reflected on ALPHARAK.comand/or other marketing materials online and/or offline are in United States Dollars (USD, USD$), and are inclusive of prevailing government Goods and Services Taxes.
    • All prices are correct at the time of publishing; ALPHARAK reserves the right to amend prices as and when deemed necessary.
  • We currently only deliver to addresses in contiguous United States WITHOUT Alaska, Overseas order is undeliverable.
  • Purchased items may only be held at ALPHARAK’s warehouse for 14 calendar days from the date of the first order date, and additional storage charges may apply for orders held after the stipulated 14 calendar days.
  • Additional storage time is chargeable at USD$20 per month from the 15th day, or 10% of the total sales order amount (whichever is higher).
  • ALPHARAK reserves the right to cancel (without refunds) any undelivered order if
  1. the items have been held at ALPHARAK’s warehouse for 3 calendar months from the date of first scheduled delivery or
  2. storage charges have not been paid upon final delivery.

 

  • Last-piece/Showroom piece/Clearance items (SKU/Product code numbers starting with 'S') may only be held at ALPHARAK’s warehouse for up to 7 calendar month from the date of purchase.
